fit guarantee_

We want your jeans to fit perfectly. On the occasion that your jeans don't fit, please email us at: customercare@unspuntech.com with your order number and photos of the problem areas so that we can alter them.


We require that use the package and shipping label provided to send us your returned or exchanged jeans. To request another label please email us. Once we have received your jeans, your refund will process in 2-3 business days. Again, we wait until we receive your jeans to process repayment.


Once your exchanged item had been confirmed via email, please allow up to 20 working days of processing time.


We always default to making exchanges vs. returns because we believe in our perfect-fit technology.

unspun offers free worldwide delivery.

Once you've scanned and designed your denim, the processing time is between 14-20 working days.


domestic shipping

All US & Hong Kong orders qualify for complimentary express ground shipping, the delivery time is 2-5 working days. At this time we do not deliver to po boxes, apo/fpo or us territories.


international shipping

Delivery times vary based on location, but you can anticipate your jeans 5-10 business days After they're done in production.


track your shipment

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.



wear & care_

we recommend:

- machine wash on cold inside out

- do not bleach

- line dry in shade

- cool iron if necessary


You can extend the lifecycle of your jeans by washing them infrequently. Line dry to preserve their quality. Customer care accounts for 30% of the total water used during the lifecycle of your jeans. 


Wear your jeans for a week to understand their true fit. For a tighter fit, wash, and dry them once. The more you wear them, the more they mold to your shape.
