return & exchange policy

we want your fit to be perfect. on the occasion that your jeans do not fit, please email us at: customercare@unspuntech.com with your order number and photos of the problem areas so that we can alter your jeans.

we require you send us your refunded or exchanged jeans in the given packaging with the return label provided. to request another label please email us. once we have received your jeans, your refund will process in 2-3 business days. note: we await your jeans to ensure we can repurpose them and eliminate waste.

once your exchanged item had been confirmed, please allow up to 20 working days of processing time. we default to exchanges because we believe in delivering your #perfectfit jeans, but we can warrant a refund if necessary.
